Jo-Jo Sayables

I feel bad for Jo-Jo because all her younger sisters got some sweet press on the Allen Ladies blog for the cute things they said growing up. Jo-Jo has gotten a little lost in the shuffle. But, wow, cute things are coming right and left. I am determined to get some of them online.

 

Today:

Jo said to Mom, “Rhoda hits me. She needs a time-out”

Jo also said to Mom, “Rhoda isn’t obeying me.”

 

And yesterday, Jo caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror and said, in third/first person, “Jo-Jo, I see you!”

 

Yeah, pretty cute.

Happy 12th...

A great day was had for this young lady, making movies, eating cake and
opening presents. The only downside: she didn't get her braces off:( One
more month...

Thought you would appreciate seeing Rho in her new do and holding some cute
little chicks that a friend of ours is raising...

Date night with my baby

Kam and I had a date night last night and Kamryn had her first coffee
(decaf) of course. A vanilla latte. We spent the evening planning her
birthday party and sipping beverages. Delightful in the highest!

memories for my almost 12 year old...

Steph and Bradyn went for a run today. Brady kept up pretty good and hopes
to make this a bi-weekly tradition with mom. We'll keep you updated!

My baby is going to be 12

In little over a week, my firstborn will be 12 and on her birthday, her big
gift, she is (hopefully) getting her braces off...

A three teeth week

It's what you do when you lose all the game pegs... "Sorry" with little
people:) They weren't sorry for losing the game pieces because they had more fun with
animating the game with their little people.

Rho's special day

Every month on the day of their birthday (i.e. Rhoda's birthday is July 5
and every 5th of every month is her special day) every girl gets a special
treat and a one-on-one with mom or dad. Today was dad's turn, and Rhoda was
gracious enough to let the house destroyer join her so Mom could get ready.
So, Rho, Jo and Dad went to Manda Hill for some pre-church Sunday donuts.
It was a sweet time and I thought the pictures could document it...
