I feel bad for Jo-Jo because all her younger sisters got some sweet press on the Allen Ladies blog for the cute things they said growing up. Jo-Jo has gotten a little lost in the shuffle. But, wow, cute things are coming right and left. I am determined to get some of them online.

 

Today:

Jo said to Mom, “Rhoda hits me. She needs a time-out”

Jo also said to Mom, “Rhoda isn’t obeying me.”

 

And yesterday, Jo caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror and said, in third/first person, “Jo-Jo, I see you!”

 

Yeah, pretty cute.

It's what you do when you lose all the game pegs... "Sorry" with little
people:) They weren't sorry for losing the game pieces because they had more fun with
animating the game with their little people.

Jo Jo. Wow. What a character. She is an incredible young girl... My wife is
probably going to kill me when she sees this picture of herself on the blog,
but I just wanted you to get the perspective of me, sitting with some
friends of ours, and watching Jo-Jo in the background playing with a little
girl who was sitting nearby... I think this was the first time I have ever
really seen her play with a stranger on her own accord... So cute. Wish I
had it on video.

Our little (big) birthday girl!

It seems pretty much impossible that our baby is now 2 years old! We had a
fun party with the AZ team and the Northlake short term team.

Despite her only being 2, Jo-Jo is holding her own amidst four other sister.
She is an amazing young lady, who is a fearless adventurer and a wonderful
snuggler. She is so sweet when she prays and tiresome as she discovers
endless things to break, misplace or destroy. Through it all, we love our
little Jo and couldn't imagine life without her!

Idle no more.

Gone are the days when you could put Jo-Jo in one location and expect her to stay there. As I heard Bradyn say tonight, "I put her in the homeschool room and I found her in the hallway." Thought we would show you a little proof.

The Swiper

We call her the swiper. She is quick and thorough and good. She has swallowed many a thing, including a hair clip successfully and a penny, earring and wax, unsucessfully. In addition, she has the ability to pull down anything in her way. She is quick, she is stealth like and we are in trouble. I thought I would document the damage this little girl can do in like 3 minutes or so. But, you know, it is hard to get to angry when she is just so darn cute.
