Steph and Bradyn went for a run today. Brady kept up pretty good and hopes
to make this a bi-weekly tradition with mom. We'll keep you updated!

not sorry
It's what you do when you lose all the game pegs... "Sorry" with little
people:) They weren't sorry for losing the game pieces because they had more fun with
animating the game with their little people.

a DADDY day
Took the girls to a safari lodge and Sandy's last Saturday for a little
daddy/daughter adventure. The only animal we saw a little cute monkey
watching us just above our car...

The kids and the "fair"
We went to a fair this morning at a local school. It was, well, a school
carnival type fair with cotton candy (candy floss) and little homemade
games. But the kids enjoyed it (especially riding the horses) and with very
little in the way of things to do in Lusaka on the weekends, the kids had
fun.

Priceless
It was pretty funny watching Jo-Jo and Rho-Rho pushing their carts in Spar.
I had to continually pick up the carnage from Jo's errant cart pushing and
put back all that she wanted to buy... Despite some frustrated and impatient
people trying to maneuver her drunk driving techniques, it was actually
pretty enjoyable.

Family Video 1
Every May I put together a "Mother's Day Video" of our family of the year taking the hours of footage and putting it together into a fun video... Since we have unlimited internet this month, I thought I would show some of the clips along the way!
Valentines at the Allen's
When you have five girls, you better remember Valentine's Day! Well, I did
this year, and got a little creative with some heart shaped pancakes,
Valentine's gifts that I bought in the states before I left and a personal
note to each daughter. I probably feel like most parents who don't do
enough special things for their kid most of the time. So, it was fun to
surprise and make them feel special.

Swimming lessons
I had a chance to watch Rhoda and Julia's swimming lessons at the nearby
school's after school activities. Good times!

Wishing for a reunion...
Well, this post is primarily for Boggie and Bumpa. See, last year, February to be exact, they visited us in Zambia and we stayed at this place called Chaminuka. It is an all inclusive Safari Lodge. Well, we went out just for the day today, to go for a safari, ride horses, eat (an amazing) lunch and play in the pool. It was a great day to do it. We celebrated our IRS tax refund arrival, we gathered as a family after a busy, full house for the last month because of the pastors conference. It was also a chance for our family to be together as we look to some possible/probable hopeful changes in the next month or so. So, while we were there, we couldn't help but remember last year and we thought we give them a little tribute video. But, I am sure they wouldn't mind if we shared the fun in the sun with you, so if you want to peek at our video, we welcome you...
