Happy Birthday Bradyn!

Brady turned 8 today! And, girl, did we celebrate!

We started the morning off with a private breakfast, just mom, dad and Brady! We went to a place called Kiliminjaro's, where Brady has a Milo (a hot-chocolate/coffee drink that daddy mostly drank:) and then had a cake brought to her with a birthday song and then crepes with ice cream. It was pretty sweet (pun intended). Bray and Steph went shopping for a bit, daddy took the car to get a rack put on, we met half way, and then played around the house for a bit. Nshima for lunch, Swimming in the afternoon, homemade pizza for dinner and ice cream with all the friends for dessert... We were exhausted but satisfied at the end.

We love our little (getting bigger by the day) Brady. She is so sweet, adventurous and the life of the party. I thank the Lord for my little girl.

Happy Birthday Jo-Jo!

Our little baby just turned one today! She is precious and beautiful and we love her like crazy. The hardest thing about being over here with a little baby is that all our friends and family don't get to know her like we do. So, here is her one year recap: Jo-Jo is active and into everything and yet she has a sweet spirit and loves to laugh. She makes the funniest expressions and can now wave and clap and do the 'ole get excited arm wave thing. It is just crazy to think that after Julia we thought we were done and we were planning on being done. And we are so thankful we did not make any permanent decisions because God changed our hearts and gave us another beautiful blessing. We literally can't imagine our lives without her. Praise God for his graciousness and for His wonderful Spirit to lead and guide us like He did.
